Professor Deborah Boyd
Chief Executive Officer

A co-founder, director and shareholder of the Re3 Group, Professor Deborah Boyd is an expert in waste management technologies and implementation. Professor Boyd is also a visiting professor at the University of Ulster, and Environmental Tutor at Queens University of Belfast and has been a member of several public body advisory panels and was a founding member of the IBEC/CBI Joint Council.

Chief Engineer and Designer – ‘The Wilson System’

The Wilson System is the system that powers the Re3 ECOclave process. One of the world’s leading experts in contemporary steam engineering, Tom has been pioneering the application of steam, in modern industrial processes, for more than thirty years. The Wilson System, and other waste management technologies, were developed in association with the Re3 Group.

Logistics Director

A co-founder of the Re3 Group, Trevor is involved in all aspects of the operational, technical, financial and human resource aspects of the business. Trevor has specific responsibility for supply chain and logistics management.

Technical Director

A director and shareholder, Brian has been associated with the company since 2007. He has played a leading role in the construction and delivery of the ECOclave plant, in Limerick. Brian is responsible for Re3 engineering, procurement and construction.

Wilson System Company Secretary and Senior Engineer

Tony has worked with Tom Wilson since 2001 and has now completed the design and construction of three steam autoclave systems for the Waste and Recycling Industry. Tony is responsible for day-to-day project-management, including engineering design, contract administration and commissioning.
